I just installed WoW Vanilla client this morning from the CD's I still happen to own. Is it possible to play @Kronos like this. So I guess I need to install the 1.12 patch? Do you guys have any reliable links where to download the patch and update my client as now I cannot connect to the server ( wrong client version probably).

Important Installation Note:
Do NOT install the client to the Program Files directory. As default, it will list the installation path as 'C:World of Warcraft Classic', providing that 'C:' is your System drive.
Troubleshooting:
The installer is asking to insert a disk
  • Ensure 'WoW-1.12.1-Setup.exe' is ran with the 3 'WoW-1.12.1-Setup-*.bin' files in the same directory. See below:

Der Server ist wie schon geschrieben auf der Client Version 1.12.1 also zu guten alten Zeiten von World of Warcraft. Ich möchte dort die guten alten Zeiten in Errinerung halten. Zwar kommt Blizzard auch mit der Classic Version aber dieses finde ich nicht wirklich Classic mehr worduch ich den Server gemacht habe.
